The Earth has been our home for thousands of years, and we wouldn’t be alive today if our ancestors weren’t deeply connected and acutely aware of the natural world that surrounds us.
Our distancing relationship with the natural world is matched with the decreasing health of our species and the planet. I believe the most important thing we can do to heal ourselves and the planet is to learn how to listen again and reestablish our relationship to the natural world.

How do coaching and guided connection differ?
While the coaching process is client-led, guided nature connection teaches you valuable awareness skills that will change the way your brain engages the senses and interacts with the world.
How does it work?
Before we start, we will discuss your experiences with nature, mindfulness, and self-awareness to gauge your needs and identify goals. Then we meet in a beautiful nature setting either together or via Zoom for 1-3 hours utilizing all of our senses to connect with the land. You will leave with multiple exercises to practice self-awareness, deep listening, and nature-connection.
